Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PixelBytes services and website. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PixelBytes services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website and services.
2. Services
PixelBytes provides web design and development, app development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, video production, digital marketing, and related services as described in project proposals and service agreements. The specific scope of services for your project will be defined in a written Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement signed by both parties.
3. Project Engagement
All projects begin with a signed proposal or SOW and receipt of any required deposit. Work will not commence until both parties have executed the relevant agreement. PixelBytes reserves the right to decline any project request at its sole discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Standard terms require a 50% deposit before project commencement and the remaining balance upon project completion. Overdue payments may result in work being paused. Interest may be charged on invoices unpaid beyond 30 days at 2% per month.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, PixelBytes assigns all intellectual property rights in the final deliverables to the client, except for any third-party components, open-source libraries, or pre-existing proprietary tools used in delivery. PixelBytes retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
6. Revisions & Changes
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the SOW. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed specification will be quoted and billed separately. All change requests must be submitted in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project. PixelBytes will not disclose your business information, strategy, or data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
8. Warranties & Liability
PixelBytes warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In such cases, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. PixelBytes may terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, India. We encourage resolution of any disputes through good-faith negotiation before legal action.
